Since 1988, the Alexandria Branch of the NAACP has awarded over $15,000 to students who are Alexandria residents and T.C. Williams High School graduates. Last year the Branch awarded three $1,000 scholarships. We salute with pride these fine young men and women.
We are currently accepting applications for our 12th Annual $1,000 Education Scholarship in memory of Annie B. Rose. This scholarship is intended to provide financial aid to those who have successfully completed high school and who plan to continue their education in an institution of higher learning. It is awarded once a year to qualified applicants. Eligibility:

The awardees will receive a letter informing her or him of the action of the committee. The award shall be paid to the scholar's school. |
